Important for your stay

If possible, please send us your medical records in advance. Based on these, we will be happy to provide you with a treatment and cost estimate.

We will request beforehand:

• medical results, physician’s letters and medical imaging documents – kindly submit them in English or German, if possible
• your desired date for receiving treatment in our hospital
• a short summary of your symptoms and expectations

On the basis of the documents that you have submitted, you will receive from us:

• a recommendation for treatment that corresponds to your personal needs
• an estimate of the expected overall cost

We will be happy to assist you with acquiring a visa, airport transfer, hotel booking for anyone accompanying you, etc. Contact us.

Please note that, unless the costs are covered by insurance, in-patient treatment is only possible after the cost of treatment as per the cost estimate has been paid, without exception.

After completion of your treatment, we will provide you with a detailed final invoice based on the respective German billing systems (DRG-based) or according to the scale of charges for physicians (GOÄ) in the case of outpatient treatments / treatments by chief physicians.

As a central point of contact, we will be happy to assist you in applying for the reimbursement of costs from international insurance companies, travel insurance or treatment through the social security agreement in case of emergency, as well as with any questions you may have regarding your stay.
